How to Enter a BVGC Tournament
Note: The registration period opens 6 weeks before and closes 2 weeks prior to the tournament date. Any entry submitted after the closing date will be handled on a standby basis only.
Two ways to enter:
1) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include name and contact information.
If you are signing up another player(s) be sure you notify them that they are being entered. Also, include any special requests for starting tee times. These will be honored, as best as possible, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note: If you are registered and find you must withdraw, please notify the tournament committee as soon as possible so that pairings, tee times, and standby players can be adjusted.
No Show Policy:
The BVGC has instituted a No-Show policy to discourage players from entering a tournament and then not playing the day of the event. If you must withdraw, the tournament committee MUST be notified no later than the day before the tournament. Failure to do so, and the player will be subjected to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid and recorded before entry will be accepted into a future tournament.
