How to Enter a BVGC Tournament

Use the Tournament Sign Up form or send an email to with name and contact information.  If you are signing up other player(s) be sure you notify them they are being entered.  Also, include any special requests for starting tee times.  They will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The registration period opens 4 weeks before and closes 10 days prior to a tournament date. 
In the interest of insuring first-come, first-serve fairness, any entry received before the opening date must be resubmitted during the registration window.
Any entry submitted after the closing date will be handled on a standby basis.

If you are registered and find you must withdraw, please notify the tournament committee as soon as possible so that flights, pairings, tee times, and standby players can be adjusted. 

No Show Policy
The BVGC has instituted a no-show policy to discourage players from entering a tournament and then not playing the day of the event.  If you must withdraw, the tournament committee MUST be notified no later than the day before the tournament.  Failure to do so subjects the player to a $25 fine.  The fine must be paid and recorded before entry will be accepted into a future tournament.
